Draft. This page is written carefully but is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before launch and fill in the missing details.

The service

We provide software with which you create explainer videos and campaign material using AI models. The models come from third parties; the privacy notice says which.

We owe you the software, not a particular artistic result.

Credits and prices

Every generation costs credits, and you see the price before you order it. Credits do not expire: unused subscription credits carry over to the next billing period, so do credits bought separately, and after cancelling you keep the credits you paid for.

A failed job costs nothing: the hold is released.

Term and cancellation

Subscriptions run monthly and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current period, in your account, without giving a reason.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw. With your first generation you expressly ask us to start immediately; credits already used are charged pro rata.

Your content and your rights

What you upload stays yours. What our software generates you may use commercially without restriction, also after the contract ends.

You warrant that you hold the rights to what you upload and that people shown have consented.

What you may not create

Nothing that infringes third-party rights, shows people without their consent, is misleading or prohibited advertising, or breaks the law. We may refuse such jobs and terminate on repeated breach.

AI labelling

The EU AI Act requires artificially generated video and audio to be recognisable as such. The product offers a label for that; applying it in the channel you publish to is up to you.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not promise a fixed availability. We announce maintenance windows where we can.

Changes and governing law

We announce changes at least 30 days ahead by email; if you do not object they are deemed accepted.

The law at [to be filled in]'s seat applies, unless mandatory rules of your country of residence as a consumer are more favourable.
