Invoices, payment, cancelling

You pay by card or SEPA direct debit. All prices are net; checkout adds each country's VAT. As a business in the EU you enter your VAT id and the reverse charge applies.

Every payment produces an invoice. Under Settings → Subscription and credits → Manage subscription you find all of them and change payment method, address and VAT id.

Also under Manage subscription. It takes effect at the end of the paid period. Credits you paid for stay yours afterwards.

If a card expires, the payment provider retries for several days. Your plan stays as it is meanwhile; the subscription page shows it, and under Manage subscription you change the payment method.
