When something is stuck
The most common cases and what to do.
A job runs forever
An image or a voice take needs seconds, a clip one to three minutes, assembly a few minutes depending on length. If it takes much longer, reload the page; the state comes from the server.
A job failed
Then nothing was charged. Usual causes: the provider refused it (prompt too long, blocked content) or was briefly unreachable. Try again or switch the model.
Not enough credits
The price is checked before anything starts. Top up, or pick a cheaper model - the list shows each one's price.
I cannot change a step
It is approved. Withdraw the approval; everything already generated stays.
The sign-in link does not work
It is valid for 10 minutes and only once. Ask for a new one. If no mail arrives, check the spam folder.
