Credits, prices, billing
What things cost, when you are charged, and what is free.
How credits work
Every generation costs credits. You see the price before you press the button, for the suggested model and for every alternative your plan allows.
When a job starts the amount is held, not charged. You are charged when it finishes. If something goes wrong, the hold comes back.
What costs nothing
The website analysis during onboarding, and any job that fails. Plus everything our own server does rather than a provider: assembling the video, cutting the channel clips, the camera moves over your real screenshots and the ZIP package.
Everything else costs the price on the button - a second attempt at the same scene too, and every advisor task. There is no free allowance, and there are no surprises either.
Preview first, then the full version
For a clip you can generate a preview: the cheapest model at its lowest resolution, at its normal price. If the motion is right, you generate the full version with the model of your choice.
Subscription, pay as you go and top-ups
Credits do not expire. What you do not use in one month stays for the next, and so do credits you buy. If you cancel the subscription, you keep what you paid for.
Without a subscription you buy credits when you need them: 1 EUR = 10 credits, from 10 EUR, by card or SEPA Direct Debit. With a subscription a credit costs less.
Under Settings → Subscription and credits you can turn on auto top-up: when the balance falls below a line, we buy the amount you set from the payment method you save for it. You can set a monthly limit. If a charge is declined, we turn auto top-up off and write to you.
If a payment is refunded or taken back through the bank (a chargeback, a returned debit), we take the credits it bought back off the balance, in the same share. If they were already used, the balance goes below zero, and new jobs start once it is above zero again. After a chargeback we turn auto top-up off.
If you like, you get an email when the balance falls below a line, once each time it dips.
